the Fair can provide:

• A special hospitality tent, table and chairs
• Reduced ticket prices for midway rides when
_.arranged in advance
• Beer/wine/soda can be made available in
_.your hospitality tent
• Identification bracelets for your picnic _.attendees
• Set-up and Cleanup

Concessions

We will sell you Fair Money in demoninations
of $1 and $5 bills at 10% above the face value.
This money will be accepted at Taste of
Waukesha Food Court and other select vendors.
No change will be given on Fair Money. We
encourage you to order $5 and $1 bills
according to your picnic budget. This money
will be used for food and soda only. Or you
may choose to use your own caterer. If so,
we will charge the caterer a 17% commission
on all food & beverages sold. (Alcohol must
be sold by our vendor due to license
restrictions.)

Amusement

A wristband special for unlimited amusement
rides from noon to 8 pm is available for $17
each. You may choose to have the company
cover this cost, or have the employee pay
for them.

Picnic Costs

Admission

	Adults	$6 (savings of $3)
	Youth (6-12)	$2 (savings of $1)
	Children (5 and under)	Free

Parking

$3/car (savings of $2)

You may decide not to cover the cost of
parking for your employees. If so, the
parking cost will be $5 at the gate when
they arrive.

Beer & Wine

Beer and wine will be made available by
purchasing chips. For liability reasons we
will limit the amount of chips to two per
adult. If you prefer to host your picnic with
a caterer we will provide a bartender for
your tent.

Tent & Space Rental

$500 Tent Rental (if required). Includes
tent, table, chairs, and space rental. Also
includes staffing for picnic, set-up,
and cleanup.
