Admission Rules


Admission tickets are valid for one day only.
Our grounds are wheelchair and stroller accessible. Wheelchairs are available for rent at the Commercial Office on a first come, first serve basis.
Lawn chairs and blankets are allowed for the lawn seating at the Miller Lite Main Stage.
No carry-in beverages or food allowed.
All bags are subject to search at the entrance to the Fair.
Cameras are allowed on the Fairgrounds but no photos or recording can be done of the Main Stage shows. (Any media needs to contact the Fair office for press clearance prior to taking photos or recordings of anything on the Fairgrounds.)
Notice of Photographic and Media Recording
When you attend the WAUKESHA COUNTY FAIR, you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur. By entering the event premises, you consent to such recording media and its release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, and inclusion on websites. You further waive all rights you may have to any claims in connection with any exhibition, streaming, web casting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose of sponsoring of such exhibiting, broadcasting, web casting or other publication.

In the event of inclement weather, umbrellas and ponchos can be brought in and used at all events held during the Fair.
Concealed weapons are not allowed on the Fairgrounds as they are County Grounds.
A wristband is needed for re-entry to the Fair—go to Gate 2 or the Fair Office (located north of the Forum Marketplace) to receive a wristband. Parking is not included in re-entry.
No golfcarts or motorized conveniences (disabled participants exempt).
No scooters, bikes, skates, or pets (service animals exempt).
Main Stage tickets are not exchangeable, refundable, and there are no rainchecks. If tickets are lost, they can be replaced prior to the show.
Vehicle entry is subject to availability. Parking is not included in admission ticket.
ATMs are available just outside the Forum Marketplace, Coors Light Stage, along the Main walkway near the Food and inside the Arena Exhibit Hall.
The Lost & Found is located in the Fair Office (located north of the Forum Marketplace).
Waukesha County Fair reserves the right to deny admission or eject any person violating Waukesha County Fair rules or whose conduct is deemed illegal, disorderly, or offensive by management.
